STRATCOM SUMMIT 2023

International Strategic Communication Summit 2023, titled " Global Response to Hybrid Threats: Stability. Security. Solidarity." brought together academics, media and public officials specialized in the field of strategic communication in Istanbul. The summit discussed the role of new technologies and artificial intelligence in combating disinformation and its impact on ensuring global resilience in the face of crises and opportunities.

In an era of increasing uncertainty, humanitarian and environmental crises and regional instability, the importance of truth-based, transparent and open communication has been emphasized. The Summit provided a platform to discuss policies to address the risks and opportunities facing states, organizations and citizens amid escalating truth crisis, focusing on proper coordination and governance.
